How we work

1. Initial assessment. We examine the machine, wear and customer requirements to define the work and prepare a tailored quotation.

2. Dismantling and inspection. We dismantle the relevant assemblies, clean the parts and inspect components to identify those that can be recovered and those that need replacement.

3. Overhaul and replacements. We restore mechanical assemblies and replace worn components according to the agreed programme. Any work on electrical systems, controls and accessories is defined for each machine.

4. Preparation and repainting. We prepare surfaces and repaint the structures and covers included in the work, restoring the machine’s appearance too.

5. Reassembly and checks. We reassemble the units, carry out adjustments and perform the functional checks included in the work before handover.
