About us
Aureo was founded from direct experience in the precious-metals sector and industrial production. We work as a technical partner for jewellery manufacturers and industries processing gold and silver, providing practical, reliable solutions focused on real production needs.
We select and supply machinery for gold and silver processing, including rolling mills, drawing machines, continuous casting systems, annealing equipment, chain-making machines and special equipment, both new and carefully inspected used machines.
We also support our customers with mechanical and electrical overhauls, technical upgrades and CE-compliance support, providing clear documentation and dedicated assistance.
Our added value is production consulting: we support goldsmiths and manufacturing companies in developing new production processes, optimising existing processes and selecting the most suitable technical solutions for their production targets. We work with a practical and transparent approach based on technical expertise, hands-on experience and a genuine understanding of manufacturers’ needs.
Our story
A passion for goldsmithing spanning two generations.
The story begins with Agostino Bortoli, Andrea’s father, who entered the world of goldsmithing at a young age and founded B.M.O. snc in 1970. For 38 years, until 2008, the company produced handmade and machine-made chains and jewellery, building a wealth of experience in precious-metal processing.
Andrea Bortoli grew up in the family business, surrounded by machinery, workbenches and day-to-day production. It was in this environment that his passion for the industry and for the technologies behind every manufacturing process took shape.
Aureo was born from this experience: from the direct knowledge of someone who has lived production first-hand and understands the needs of a goldsmith’s workshop. A legacy of expertise and passion that we now place at the service of our customers.
