Custom-built tunnel furnace, dual chamber control
Description
Tunnel furnace for annealing and de-oxidising in a controlled atmosphere, our own build under the AUREO brand, Made in Italy. Built to measure to the customer’s requirements, with dual chamber control to manage two temperature zones independently. Heated tunnel with cooling chamber at the outlet, control panel with touch screen operator terminal, flowmeters for atmosphere gas dosing, alarms and emergency stop. 400 V supply. New custom-made furnace conveyor belts
We supply new conveyor belts for tunnel furnaces and heat-treatment systems, made to your required width and length. Available in formed sheet-metal and Milanese wire-mesh versions, using special steels for high temperatures.
Formed sheet-metal belts
The sheet-metal version has a shaped metal conveying surface with a regular profile, as shown in the photograph. The configuration is selected according to the support surface required, the products being conveyed and the furnace design.
Milanese wire-mesh belts
The Milanese version features a fine, regular metal weave. Its mesh structure provides distributed support and allows heat to pass through the belt; construction and dimensions are specified for the intended process.
Custom construction and operating temperatures
Special steels and configurations for operating temperatures up to 1,200 °C. Material and construction are selected according to temperature, furnace atmosphere, load and operating conditions. Width and length are made to order.
