Clasp production lines

Line for in-house production of Lobster (LCA), Fish (FCA) and custom (CCA) clasps in gold, silver and base metals. Modular configuration defined according to the model and production requirements.

The process includes shell and trigger blanking, annealing, pneumatic bending, manual shell welding, stainless steel spring insertion and semi-automatic assembly. This is not a fully automatic line.

Separate progressive dies for shell and trigger, with strip feeding and compatibility with hydraulic presses of at least 40 t. Listed sizes: LCA 2.76 × 7.3 to 8 × 16.1 mm; FCA 4 × 7.5 to 8.7 × 14.9 mm. Custom sizes on request.

Assembly station: 230 V single-phase, 50 Hz, 0.2 kW; compressed air up to 10 bar, 150 Nl/min; 75 × 43 × 112 cm (H), 45 kg. A semi-automatic bending and TIG welding station and a loader are available as optional configurations; equipment to be agreed.
