Brazing and deoxidation

EMMEGI equipment for flame-based surface treatment and brazing of metals, with simultaneous surface deoxidation.

Equipped with a tank, flame arrestor, manual hydrogen supply and mixture return valves, flow regulator and brass liquid filling cap.

Total volume: 9.5 litres. Maximum liquid additive volume: 1.5 litres. Weight: 7.5 kg. Normal operating pressure: 0.5–0.7 bar; maximum pressure: 1 bar.

Designed for non-saline, non-aggressive industrial environments at 10–30 °C and 20–60% humidity. Use with deoxidising fluid supplied by EMMEGI or an equivalent, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
