Description
Needle (pin) burnishing tumbler for chain and small parts: the pieces are tumbled with stainless steel needles, which burnish and work-harden the surface without removing material and reach inside links and hollow shapes. Stainless steel tank on a cabinet base, with programmed rotation reverse so the parts are worked evenly on every side. Column-mounted control panel marked ‘Pre-Programming Reverse’: power switch, fuse, cycle timer with set and start/stop, and digital speed regulator with programme keys and alarm indicator.
